Interlude is designed to meet you where you are and currently offers three flexible engagements:
Six-Session Engagement: Ideal if you want to explore a particular topic, transition, or decision. Over the course of six sessions, we will clarify your goals, identify patterns, and create actionable strategies for meaningful change.
Twelve-Session Engagement: Ideal if you are seeking deeper support or leadership development. With twelve sessions, we are able to build momentum, integrate new insights, and experiment with sustained practices between meetings.
